Which products can I pay through the Mo Finans Mobile App?

You can pay the following products via Mo Finans: Credit Facility Agreement, Flexi Credit, Cim MoCredit, Cim Voyage, Cim MiStudy, Cim Credit Cards and Shell Cards.
NOTE: Leasing agreements are excluded on this app.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay via credit and debit card, Internet Banking and through a Mobile Banking App.

There is an error in my amount due. What do I need to do?

I have done a payment at a Cim counter but this payment does not reflect on Mo Finans Mobile App. Why is this?

Can I pay more than the monthly payment due?

Yes you can.

What type of card I can use for my payment?

You can use any MasterCard or Visa payment card (debit, credit or prepaid) which is enabled by your card issuer for online (card-not-present) transactions. Cim Finance Credit cards are also accepted.
Kindly contact your bank to ensure that your Visa Card or MasterCard is enabled for ecommerce/internet transactions.

How do I know that my card transaction is successful?

A message will appear on your screen to confirm that your payment has been successfully completed.

Will I receive a receipt when my payment is done?

You will be able to download your receipts in the “Payment History”.

Can I pay all my agreements at once?

Yes you can select one, several or all agreements under the “Quick pay” or “Pay” section

Where can I get the account number of Cim Finance?

We will provide you with Cim Finance’s account number according to your bank.

Where do I get the unique Reference Id that I need to insert as remark on when proceeding with Internet Banking or Mobile App?

A unique Reference Id will be provided to you when proceeding with the transaction. This Reference Id will have to be inserted in the reference section when proceeding with your Internet Banking or Mobile App transaction.

How do I know how much I need to pay?

All the details will be featured on the Mo Finans Mobile App according to the selected agreement.

How to know the balance that I have to pay for my monthly instalment due?

You will be able to consult your “Amount Payable” on your detail product page or under the “Quick Pay” section.

My card payment has not gone through / I am not able to use my card, what should I do?

Kindly contact your bank to enable your card for online payment.

What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN number?

Kindly click on “forgot PIN” on your login page and go through the registration process once again.

How do I change my PIN?

Go to the option menu on the app, click on “Profile”, then click “change PIN”.

What should I do if I change my mobile number?

What should I do if I have lost my mobile phone?

Kindly contact our Customer Care Team on 203 6800 / 203-6898 or visit our nearest branch. We recommend you to contact your mobile operator to deactivate your Sim card.
